Originally found in 1972 as Testronics Inc., SemiTek was formed in 1997 to focus on the needs of discrete semiconductor industry. SemiTek quickly made a difference in the industry by updating the original product line and adding an application-specific line to address the needs of target industries.

Today with systems installed worldwide, SemiTek is an industry leader. Our engineers continue to improve our products, add features and capabilities, while staying ahead of the ever-changing marketplace. As test needs change, we are prepared to make changes as well.
